Byron Bay has a wonderful selection of Gins, I love when I travel to experience the local Gins. The two main Gins in Byron are Ink Gin, it is one of the best gins I have ever had, I am still looking for it in London. The other is Brookie's Byron Bay Dry Gin, is it a nice dry gin, perfect for a summer night.
This is just a small selection on what is on offer but this is what I experience, ask any local they will give you the best tips on where to eat. Walk up the Main street in Byron Bay there is all you can eat, and I can't wait to go back to try more of the eating out culture.
